Yes. All of our devices undergo thorough testing for air quality and safety and are determined safe for indoor use. Test results confirmed the SPC does not exceed the Maximum Allowable Concentration (MAC) of any potentially harmful substances during normal operation.

You can mail blocks to us using your prepaid shipping envelope (included in the subscription plan).

If you generate blocks more than once per month, you can order extra prepaid mailers.

No, the labels don’t expire after exactly one month.

Your subscription includes one prepaid mailer per month (delivered as a pack of 3 each quarter) as an average usage guide, but we know soft plastic use varies.

If it takes you longer to fill your SPC block, you can still use the label later.

Important: USPS doesn’t officially expire unused labels, but some post offices may decline to process older labels depending on local policy.

To avoid any issues, we recommend using your labels within a few months of receiving them. If you need to skip a month or use one later — that’s totally fine.

If you need more than one shipment per month, you can order extra prepaid mailers (3-pack).

No. The SPC is designed to be self-contained and does not require consumables.
